Rotel
Mix, place in dish, top with shredded cheese and bake.

Crawfish Dip
• 1 stick butter
• Seasonings, (onions, bell peppers, parsley, etc)
• 1 small can mushrooms (add more if you like)
• 3 cans cream of mushroom soup (I usually buy the different kinds, garlic, regular etc)
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese
• 2 lbs crawfish tails chopped
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
• parmesan cheese (from can)
• salt, pepper, tonys seasoning and/or Tabasco to taste
Sauté butter and seasonings until soft.
Add mushrooms, soup and cheese.
Cook on low heat until all is melted.
Add crawfish, breadcrumbs and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Season to taste.
Serve warm with chips.
