Had it a while back and loved it, so, I'm looking to get my hands on this recipe. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it is topped with a bourbon glaze. Does anyone here know for sure how they do it?

Never tried the pork chops there, so sorry I can't answer your question. But I love a good pork chop if it's cooked properly. Portobello's in BR grills about the best I've ever had, you should try it if you haven't already.

I cook my pork chops just like my mom did when I was growing up. They are soooooo awesome.

But they are done in a pan, not on the grill. When done, I like to make some noodles or rice and make gravy from the drippings and pour it all over the chops and the noodles..... yummy yum yum!
