No need to discuss the dictionary, how do each of you actually pronounce it? I have found it to be about 50/50 from people that I have asked.

G and they look like testicles.......LOL Cooked them today for the giblet gravy that someone on here posted. Had a few people here looking at me like I had lost it after telling them what I was cooking!

I say it with a G. but then again I'm a Yankee... or so say my friends who think anyone north of Evangeline Parish is a blue belly.
