Butter cracker add tabasco
scrambled eggs, omlettes add tabasco
red beans and rice...tabasco
Chili...tabasco
grill chicken add tabasco

and the list goes on.

Isn't the Tabasco pepper, itself, different. Combine it with the vinegar for that distinctive Tabasco taste.

Crystal and the other "Louisiana" type hot sauces, I THOUGHT, are made with cayenne peppers. I like Crystal, but will use Louisiana Hot Sauce or Louisiana Gold, if need be. Crystal is moving out to St. Rose if they haven't already. I'll miss that sign, I could see it from my office.

Cholula is good stuff.
