Thai Pepper has been my favorite overall restaurant in BR for the past 20+ years. It’s consistently great. I just wish they’d bring back the lunch buffet

In South BR, Thai Hey on Lee has great food. It's expensive but the quality is top notch.

Duang Tawan is our favorite out of all the remaining Thai spots in BR

2nd this. The Tom Yum and Boat Noodle soup are fantastic but you're going to pay for it. I live close by and get it once or twice a month. So good.

Thirded. Our go-to place. I liked it better than Rama actually.

They knocked the building down a couple weeks ago. 6 hours it was down and hauled off. Sad.

Duang Tawan is easily the best in town BEFORE Rama was closed. Thai Pepper is what you want if you're looking for a buffet because their food's really REALLY good on the buffet. When that starts back up, I'll frequent them again. It's just not as good as what comes out of Duang Tawan's kitchen, so that's where I go when I want great Thai
Duang Tawan did keep some strange operating hours. I believe they were closed on Tuesdays. Never did figure that one out.

Buffets need to open back up. There is nothing stopping them. I guess they don’t think they have enough business to justify the buffet but if the buffet was back I can guarantee you business will sky rocket. Lots of people are waiting on buffets. It’s hard to pay the same price for one thing when you can pay that or slightly more and try tons of different things.

I really need to try some of these Thai places in BR. I've only ever been to the one on Jones Creek and it was pretty mediocre recently.
