Thawed shrimp in the fridge, how long can I wait to cook?

So I thawed some shrimp late Saturday night to cook with some Chicken Fajitas cause I didn't think I would have enough chicken.
But yesterday when I went to cook I realized there was plenty of chicken.
I plan to cook the shrimp Wednesday and vac sealed it back up and left in the fridge.
It'll be fine right? I could refreeze it or go ahead and cook it if needed I suppose.

when i leave shrimp in the fridge, i usually put the bag in a bowl of ice water with lots of ice. I dont know if or how much it helps but I havent had any go bad after a few days

4 days should be ok, but I wouldn't think longer than 4 is guaranteed. I'd be much more comfortable with 2-3 days, but I would go 4 if needed.

The shelf life of thawed shrimp will depend on how long they sat before freezing. Heads-on go bad the fastest. Take a whiff and if there is even the slightest off smell, give them a 5 min dunk in boiling salted water... until they just turn opaque. Then back in fridge until you need them.

two weeks. Ignore the smell. They're fine.

This is the correct way to handle shrimp fresh or thawed from frozen.
