Articles like this about the worst fast food options only make sense if you eat out every meal, which means you have plenty of other problems.
If fast food is just an occasional thing for you like it is supposed to be, you should be ordering ridiculous burgers like these. That’s the point.

Not just calories. Look at all the sugar in some, plus no telling how loaded they are in the typical fast food vegetable oil/soy, etc.
I hover around 80-85% carnivore, but most of those just look gross.
