Tijuana Mama Pickled Sausage review

I needed a little protein after court this morning. I snuck into the Racetrac on Lafayette and grabbed me so pickled meat instead of my usual beef jerky. It's advertised as 300% hotter. I'm not sure what it's being compared to.
I'm not sure what type of meat it's made of, but my guess would be 72% pork and 26% chicken parts. It had a good pickled flavor, and the heat was nice. It wasn't too hot.
