Does anyone use turkey cooking bags. I cook a turkey in a large turkey roasting bag. It's so easy. Slip the washed and seasoned turkey into the bag and add cut up apples, onions, garlic, carrots, celery and potatoes in the bag also. Seal it good and place in the oven set the time and temperature according to the cooking bag instructions. This cooking method produces a tender, best tasting and juicy turkey. As a bonus the oven stays perfectly clean. I highly recommend oven cooking bags....especially turkey cooking bags.

I always use a turkey bag, mostly cause that’s the way my momma did it.

My mom and grandmas did it this way and I still think it’s about the best.
