Weird foods to smoke

So i got my first smoker

done burgers and a 6 lb roast and vegetables

came out alright..I need to buy a thermometer...I am over smoking....but I still got complements.

I want to try eggs this weekend...don't know why, but I want to throw a dozen eggs on the rack and see what happens

what should I put on the other rack?

Meatloaf, cheese, bacon, paprika, salt, mushrooms, or trout

A whole tube of Bologna is a popular BBQ item in Oklahoma. Cut some "scores" into the meat. I hate to admit this, but it's actually good.

Horseradish root. Skin it, smoke it, then freeze it. Anytime you need some, just pull it out and grate it while still frozen.

Smoke jalapenos to make chipotle, mozzerella, Gouda, and another soft yellow cheese to add as ingredients for a heavenly mac n cheese.

That's not weird!! I do a bologna every time I smoke.
