Sit down or fast casual?

Cava just opened LSU location. Any sit down place will have at least a few healthy choices these days.

Cocha is also a good recommendation and has many vegan options.

Eliza has gluten free options. I haven't tried them yet but read that they are good.

It's a small restaurant so reservations are advised.
