I’ve never thought of them as condiments, but I’ve been wrong before. Rarely, though. ;)

Never thought of salt, pepper, and spices as condiments, only as spices.
I'd consider ketchup, mustard, and hot sauces as condiments.

Yes. Always have been. The Latin origin word of “condiment” literally means “to season”.

What if you add potato salad to your gumbo? Does that make it a condiment?
What if you add bacon bits to your tossed salad? Is it part of the salad if you add it before tossing and a condiment if you add it after?

I discovered my use of Ketchup is only used to tame down overly salty foods. Crazy how much people overuse salt. I LOVE salt on food, Salt, Pepper and butter are like my cooking trinity, but too much salt is meh.

I consider salt and pepper “seasonings”
I define condiments as dipping sauces (ketchup, ranch, bbq) or enhancers (mayo, mustard)

Not in traditional western cuisine. When I read your post I immediately thought of North African and Middle Eastern spice blends that are used to dip cooked meat, vegetables, and breads into before eating. Here's a quick list of such spice blends/ condiments.
Za'atar
Berbere
Baharat
Duqqa
Ras el hanout

Yes. I'd define a condiment as anything I'd add to other food but wouldn't eat on its own.

anything that cant be a stand alone side that is used to enhance flavor of a main or side dish after the cooking process. table side salt would loosely count for me.

I guess I'd consider a condiment anything I add to a prepared dish.

A condiment would be something you add to food but wouldn't eat by itself.
