Benoits. I salt separately

Uncle Larry’s.
Tony’s, slap ya mama, etc, all those are too salty, basic blends that you usually add yourself while cooking anyway.

a good pre-mixed alternative to Tony's or Slap is Camp Dog

Tony’s makes a no salt version , can’t speak for the taste

you’ve gotten good answers here and it made me try and remember the last time I used a seasoning blend and I can’t…I’ve just gotten away from it and don’t miss them at all primarily due to the salt. I want to salt my food separately and it I’m doing that I just as soon season everything else separately
salt, pepper, cayenne is all you really need anyway. the only blend I actually keep and use is cavenders salt-free, which when used with salt/black/red is actually a pretty damn good flavor profile

I but a salt free "new orleans" seasoning from my local farmers market. I really enjoy it. I tried salt free Tony's but it's first ingredient is brown sugar.
It's OK. But I n prefer my fault free nola seasoning or salt free spicy seasoning.
I don't really add salt to anything and I find everything too salty.

Which crawcaine is your preference?

I've been using Cajun Two Step and Pi-Yah almost exclusively for a bit now.
2 step is hard to beat. Not overly salty or spicy, when I want the hest I throw in some 2 step fire

I like Camp Dog too. Just happen to find it in a small store near Ville Platte.

Dang…now that’s what I call a response.
Really appreciate buddy. Think I’m going to try your Creole seasoning blend.

Add garlic powder.
I mainly use salt, cayenne, and garlic powder if I'm out of allseason.
