When I was growing up, we used to eat Ritz. Then we switched to Town House. I like those better for snacking because they’re more buttery. If you prefer Town House to Ritz, try Cabaret crackers by Breton. Breton also makes other good crackers.
Also when I was younger, we could buy cracker meal in the stores that we used to coat walleye (after a dip in egg wash) for pan frying. I can’t find that anymore so I buy Ritz crackers and take a rolling pin (actually a bottle of hot sauce acting as a rolling pin) to pulverize them into fine crumbs in a plastic bag.
I also used to love Chicken in a Biscuit as a kid. I remember when I was maybe six years old, snacking on them with my sister while we pretended we were having them with all the toppings shown on the box and acting like we were all sophisticated. Lol. But in the past year or two I bought a box just for old times sake and couldn’t eat the whole thing. I still like that flavor, and if you have a box I’ll take a few if you offer them to me, but I can’t eat a whole box.
Nowadays I mostly just buy plain Carr’s table water crackers to go along with Jarlsberg cheese. That can be kind of addictive to me and I can eat way more in one sitting than I should.

Yep. I remember using them to make a "sandwich." Place a small piece of baloney and American cheese between two two Chicken in a Biscuit crackers. Was one of my favorite snacks.

The original chicken and biscuit cracker is Hall of Fame but about 6-7-8 years ago something changed not near as flavorful but still OK.

Zesta saltines. I loved Waverly Wafers, but find Club Crackers and Captain's Wafers poor substitutes.

The reduced fat wheat thins are way more crunchy so I actually like them better

Garlic Naan crackers at Trader Joe's. Great for dipping.

Don’t know if it’s a “cracker” but I eat the hell out of the pretzel thins.

Lance Captain's Wafers ; Georgia Crackers or whatever they're now called (the Winn-Dixie store-brand Ritz knock-offs.)
