What sauce with tuna? Hollandaise or Lemon butter?

I will be cooking some tuna steaks tomorrow night topped with lump crabmeat and was wondering which sauce I should go with.
I have had lemon butter before and it was quite tasty; however, I do love Hollandaise. My only concern is the Hollandaise being too heavy for the tuna.
Thanks for the input.

before answering your question, can you let me know how you typicall cook your tuna steaks? seared on a broiler plate, grilled? and at what temperature do you like your tuna?

I do love Hollandaise.

Go with the lemon butter
Last time I used some real butter melted in a pan added shallots, garlic, lime juice, and white wine then gently tossed in jumbo lump and it was great

Seared on the stove, cast iron preferably. Just cooked long enough to make the middle not cold to the touch. A few seconds on high, high heat on each side basically.

just making sure you knew how to cook it
and i would go witha lemon butter as well. the hollandaise is just too heavy for tuna.

A restaurant where I live does a Thai lime jalapeno sauce on the side with their tuna steaks it's really good.
