bondo fixes you car when you wreck, chutney is strange but great with little smokeys in a skillet

to put it simple. . think of chutney like a relish.. it's a combination of sweet and vinegar with a certain ingredient (apple, apricot) add a little course black pepper and slow cook.

its an indian condiment (usually fresh ingredients and sometimes raw like a pico) its to layer the flavors of indian food.
