In addition to the bisque, potato salad and stuffed mushrooms have been requested. Thanks!

Rice to go with the bisque and with everything else you are having------------sounds like a good meal to me.
Maybe some garlic/cheese bread or keep the crawfish theme going with crawfish bread or crawfish hushpuppies.

All you are missing is a vegetable. There really isn't much else needed.

I usually make garlic bread using French bread or croissants for dipping in the bisque, and a green salad. PS is fine with gumbos and bisques. Stuffed mushrooms are OK and can be easily cooked in the oven. I've also made roasted cauliflower / broccoli, or bacon wrapped asparagus with shaved Parm sprinkled on top.

Does anyone know where to get boiled crawfish in Baton Rouge, Lafayette or between? The place in Lafayette we were counting on opened at 5pm and was sold out by 5:09 pm.

Potato salad pretty much perfects the entire meal
