What would you do with leftover sea scallops?

Had some tonight and have about 15 leftover. Seared them in a pan w butter. Seasoned with s&p, garlic powder, lemon pepper

Thinking ahead to tomorrow - what would you do with the leftovers?

I'd heat them up with some seasoning in the sous vide. Then I would eat them.

Yeah. I'd make some fresh pico and do tacos.

Yep. All leftovers become tacos in my house as well. Especially seafood.

You know oteece, I'll eat em but they don't really tickle my fancy. I do em for the little lady

Costco had a good deal so I def over bought.

Tacos could work. I'm going to a party tomorrow which would be a nice opportunity to repurpose them

Make a nice lemon butter sauce and toss them in some pasta with whatever fresh veggies you like.
