What would you do with leftover sea scallops?

I'd heat them up with some seasoning in the sous vide. Then I would eat them.

Yeah. I'd make some fresh pico and do tacos.

I've never seen leftover scallops.

You know oteece, I'll eat em but they don't really tickle my fancy. I do em for the little lady

Costco had a good deal so I def over bought.

Tacos could work. I'm going to a party tomorrow which would be a nice opportunity to repurpose them

Yap toss them in some spaghetti squash or zoodles

Grilled bacon wrapped or kabobs.
