What’s a good choice for disposable gumbo bowls?

Any bowl that is stout enough to hold with one hand without bending/spilling.

What size servings are you planning to provide?
Will the bowls be carried in their hands or placed on a plate with other foods? If being carried, you will want something that doesn't conduct the heat such that it burns the hands, for example.
Will the people be eating seated or standing up? If the latter, you might consider large Styrofoam cups.
Hopefully, you've thought about some of the above factors in making your decision, but there's little information in your post.

I serve gumbo out of a Qing Dynasty era porcelain bowl. It's not much but it works for me.
