What's a good side to serve with shrimp creole?

Going to make me some shrimp creole Saturday for the game, and I was wondering what you would recommend for a side besides some bourbon.

Fresh green salad, warm french bread and a glass of wine is all you need.

Fried Shrimp

I like to serve half a plate of fried shrimp and half a plate of creole/etouffe/sauce-piquant.

You can't go wrong with a little mixed greens salad and/or smothered corn on the side.
