Looks like it will be an Easter at home for my family, which I'm fine with. Looking for some ideas for dinner, supposed to be nice weather, wife wants to grill/smoke something.

Kebabs........I will usually make them using a pork tenderloin cut into nice size chunks, seasoned overnight and then put them together with onion, bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash and mushrooms. And on separate skewers I'll put some cherry tomatoes and cook them on their own since they cook much faster than the other vegetables.

As for mine. This Sunday will be our 22nd anniversary and when we got married at her dad's property in SENLA we had a big crawfish boil, so I'm going with that.

Basically any type of grilled meat you can imagine. Burgers, sausage, ribs, chicken, got some dirty rice, some sweet Hawaiin rolls.

It's maybe my favorite meal of the year.

I had to Google this one. Interesting.

Your spread sounds so good though. I love Easter food.

If they weather holds up, we're frying fish.

If it rains all day, it will be ribs on the smoker with some sides.

We doing ham po-boys and either loaded potato soup, or if we have leftovers from Good Friday, crawfish chowder. Desert is going to be bread pudding and ice box pie.
