What’s so good about Crumbl cookies?

We’re getting a Crumbl Cookies in Birmingham this week. Supposedly a lot of hype around it.
What makes this place any more special than a regular cookie shop?

Tried to visit the one they just opened in BR today- the line was out the door and an hour wait they said. We left but will try again tomorrow.

They are fricking delicious cookies. Different lineup of flavors every week. The cookies are huge. The chilled iced sugar and red velvet are absolutely awesome.

We got some on Saturday. Ordered online for pickup at 4. We got there right at four and checked in on the app. We got our cookies at 5.
For ~$3 / cookie and an hour wait they are not THAT good.
Pissed me off that they had walk-ins getting cookies before online orders with set times.

Their red velvet is pretty fricking good.

Brought my kid to get some in Houston, nothing special about them, they are fresh baked and made from scratch.

Can confirm, very good... but they are def more of an every now and then kind of cookie... pretty good size and decadent.. one was more than enough.. had the birthday cake and the missus had cornbread..

Birthday cake was fricking good, wasn’t expecting that.
Wanted to try the cornbread but it was sold out.
One cookie is more than enough like you said. We did the 4 pack and it’ll take us at least a week to get thru it. I’m now laughing at all the people walking out with the party packs.

cookies are huge and made fresh. really good.
