They use the ol "our pizza cooks best with x-number of toppings or less" excuse to limit the amount of toppings you can get. That's bullshite. An oven that hot will cook anything.

Looks a lot like they just copied Lit.

And Lit copied from a dozen other chains around the US.

That’s like saying "they copied Subway”

Because Lit et al are the Subways of pizza

Yeah I didn’t like that sign either.

But the last time I went the pizza seemed a little better than I remembered it being. I think their pizzas are better if you use olive oil instead of red sauce.

Anyway, how's the food over there these days?

Someone at work brought a bunch of their pizzas to the office a month ago for lunch. I thought it was pretty good.

Remember it's just pizza

Last time I checked (which was probably a year ago, tbh), Jabby's cauliflower crust is not the same as Lit. Lit uses eggs, cheese, cauliflower and that's it. Jabby's was using a "cauliflower" crust that still had flour and other carbs in it, just added cauliflower. I emailed them and they sent me a list of ingredients on the packaging. That could have changed since I last asked, though.

Jabbys > lit

Eta. I am a hater of cauliflower crust pizza. I have tried cauliflower crusts at these places and they are surprisingly not bad

I tried the one at Lit just for fun and it wasn't too bad. It was also more filling (since its basically all fat) and I was only able to eat half the pizza. Good thing since I'm not keto and it is actually 60 calories more than the traditional crust.

I just meant they both have good cauliflower crusts. Not that they had the exact same ingredients.
