Jiana, Halls, Scoundrel, or The Anchorage are solid dinner places
Lewis BBQ, White Duck Taco, or Nosedive would be some lunch options
Bird’s Fly South is a nice brewery. Community Tap is good. They have two locations but i would go to Trailside if you’re staying downtown

Lewis BBQ is good, and they have some beers on tap. That's all I got.

How would I know where you want to eat?

Trappe Door has good food and a great selection of Belgian ales.

You not a fan of the scene there, Paul?

Jiana is a great choice, and CAMP is really good as well. Those are the two that have stood out the most to me from my visits there.

Soby’s is great. As others have posted, Jianas

Downtown : Soby’s, Jianna,, Halls Chophouse, Trappe Door, Lewis BBQ, Belladinas (pizza), Passerelli Bistro for lunch by the falls if the weather is nice. Pomegranate on Main is good if you like Persian food. Forgot about Urban Wren, good food on the West End (downtown but 2 blocks off Main).
Village of West Greenville is where Anchorage is located.
Davani’s on Augusta Street for good Italian food.. Even better Italian at Giovanni’s on Woodruff Road (7 miles south of downtown).
The best breweries are in Asheville, NC.
In Downtown Greenville, you have Yee Haw (chain) and Fireforge in the immediate downtown area. Eight State makes really good beer but draws a weird crowd. You also have Tetrad (never tried), Liability (never tried) and Birds Fly South (not good in my opinion but gets high marks) that are literally a 5 minute drive from downtown except during rush hour.
Downtown cocktails at Vault & Vator, any of the bars at the AC Hotel, SIP (rooftop wine bar).
ETA: Gather GVL may be a good spot downtown for lunch. It’s an open air food court concept with a lot of options.
I hear really good things about Maple Street Biscuit Company and Biscuit Head, for breakfast. Never tried them though.

Barley's for pool, pizza, and beer. Top notch.

I haven't tried Maple Street, but Biscuit Head is fantastic (aside from the high prices). One other place that I'd recommend that I didn't see on your list is Chicora Alley...great for drinks or food (as their 20 years in business attests to).
