Wing Sauces - What do you like? What’s your recipe?

Thinking of chicken wing sauces besides Buffalo/hot sauces, but I welcome any Buffalo discussion.
Anyone have any recipes for sauces or a go-to jarred sauce?
Here’s one of mine, measurements are approximate:
Honey Garlic Sauce
1/2 stick butter
1 cup honey
1 small jar minced garlic
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire
A little black pepper

I'm a dry rub guy.
Would like to find the recipe for BW3's Buffalo Chipotle. Stupid expensive to buy their packaged version.

lemon pepper is my favorite wing flavor but the dry rubs leave me wanting more real lemon flavor.
I basically make a dressing with lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, salt and a little Mexican Crema to make it creamy.
I could drink that stuff.
Dip or toss with the wings.

I make a spicy garlic similar to Wild Wings version. Mine is hotter with a little Smokey flavor too from the touch of reaper sauce I add that has a nice but real hot flavor profile.
I also grill my wings real hot to get that charcoal grill flavor and crisp skin.

Thanks. I probably end up using closer to 1/2 the oil instead of typical 3:1 ratio. The crema adds fat and creaminess to make up for it.

1 part chili garlic sauce
1 part honey
Minced or grated ginger to taste
I recently bought some Mike’s Hot Honey Extra Hot, and it’s pretty great on boneless wings (aka nuggets). I’m sure it would be very good on wings as well.

Smoke in olive oil with salt and pepper. Dip in Alabama white sauce.

I like to mix up some gochujang, grated ginger, lime, and honey, and toss my wings in that. I've also done garlic instead of ginger which was pretty good too, but I prefer the ginger.

Equal parts Tobasco pepper jelly and Tiger Sauce. Combine in sauce pan and warm until jelly melts. Thank me later.

Last time I made wings I did them in the air fryer, then tossed them in a mixture of Louisiana wing sauce, cajun power garlic sauce and a squirt of sriracha. My 8 year old that I struggle to get to eat anything, ate 10 of them. So I guess that will be my go to from now on
