For me Poches makes a damn good Boudin. If you go to the big Spec's on Smith Street, they sell Poches Boudin, Sausages, and other products. They are frozen but hey it's good Louisiana meat products here in Houston Just bought 2 Crwafish and 2 Pork Boubin, 1 Alligator and Pork Sausage, 1 Chicken Andouille, and a Crawfish and Pork Sausage. Best thing is like everything at Specs it's flat cheap. A pound of Crawfish Boudin ordered from Poches Web Site is $8.69. At Specs it's $5.39. A pound Chicken Andouille Sausage is $8.25. At Specs, it's $4.45.

There's a Veron's Cajun Meat Market in Atascacita on FM 1960. They're out of Lafayette, but have been in Texas for 18 years. Good selection of sausage, boudin, and specialty meats like stuffed pork chops, etc.
