Xbox one.
I just got BF1 and played it a few days before this happens. I checked my network settings, privacy/age settings, uninstalled the game, deleted my gamer tag data from the Xbox, basically everything EA and other forums suggest.
Any ideas?

For most users affected by this, please double check that you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. If you have this and the issue manifests, restarting your system or disconnecting and reconnecting can help. Hold the front button on the front of your system for a few seconds until it beeps and shuts down, in order to perform the reset.
Also check your parental control settings.

is there any chance you're on an underage account? Do you have any other Battlefield games you can test with? If you contact support they can take a look at things from our end, hopefully they can get things cleared up. LINK

Hard copy. I just got the Xbox a few days ago. It came with BF1 and a one month trial. It worked for a few days & now it won't.

Might be like Call of Duty does and there are two separate installs for multiplayer and single player. Try reinstalling
