I'm guessing you've played GR Wildlands? I loved it but couldnt get into Breakpoint. Felt like the game was doing everything possible to keep me from actually getting into the game...
The only other 3rd person ones I can think of is MGS V The Phantom Pain and MGS Ground Zeroes.

The last two on PS3 were not well received but it would be cool to see a return of the series. Hell even a just a remaster of PS2 games would be nice. And if we a talking 3rd person shooters...bring back Syphon Filter. The last one ended on a huge cliffhanger.
