This game sounds easy in theory but man is it ever tough. Great concept and execution though

If you find an upgrade disk, make sure you use it asap. Ive had 2 or 3 times where i ended a run with it in my inventory and missed out on permanent upgrade thinking id end up making some breakthrough

Okay, I played two days in the game so far.
I do not like that it does not allow you to actually "save and quit" without ending the day. That's bullshite. People have things to do and have to stop playing games sometimes. You really can't just let me save the game without it costing me a day/run? That's kinda shitty.
I started taking notes on the second run. I can tell this is the kind of game where it just builds on itself which isn't bad, but to win this game you're going to have to play it a lot. Or cheat.
I like the graphics. The audio is cool too, but I usually have my TV on at the same time which might be a problem. I already noticed that some rooms sound different but I haven't assigned a cause for that yet.
So, right now it has potential. It hasn't grabbed me yet. Maybe it will or maybe it won't. I'll report back.

Rest mode on ps5 lets u stop and pick it up later. That has saved me twice.
Yeah i think focusing on getting permanent upgrades is the key because seems impossible to win without them. I unlocked 2 starting gems and 20+ starting movement today.

I have yet to get any permanent upgrades. I think I'm on day 6. I've read comments where people "can't stop thinking about playing the next round," but I'm not there. I particularly don't like having to solve the same puzzles (e.g., the utility closet and dart board). If I don't start making progress I will lose interest soon.

If u get a chance build the room that unlocks new floor plans. I think its like laboratory or something. Really opens things up

I was intrigued but I've read too many reviews that essentially boil it down to being a game that doesn't care about your time. And time to play games is just something I do not have a lot of these days. Saving your run would change that as you could play in allotted time intervals for gaming, but without that it sounds like a nightmare.
