Can I get MarioKart and Party on PS5?

Is there a way to get the Mario games on my PS5? There’s got to be a hack or a work around. I’m not a fan of the Nintendo switches.

There are emulators for older games but I am not sure anyone is running them on a PS5, PS4 for sure. There are even emulators for switch games.
I don't know why you don't like the switch, it is super handy, has tons of fun games and the Pro controller for console play is excellent.

There’s a team that operates a software called lemon that runs Mario party pretty well on PlayStation platforms.
Just google lemonparty and they’ll come right up.
