Did the reason for Doc getting banned from Twitch just get leaked?

If he got caught cheating once, why would he try it again? He’s still married.

That could have been the best episode of “to catch a predator” ever.
But seriously, if you had proof that he was sexting a minor, why the frick do you wait 4 years to spill the beans? That seems like something that should have been reported minutes after finding out.

Yea this sounds like bs. Why go through the whole settlement process if you have this in your back pocket?

"No wrongdoing was acknowledged." Uh I don't think that sounds as good to us as it did to him...

It looks like a statement made in order to not violate any covenants of whatever settlement that was made.
To me, this claim seems nonsensical because there's no way they'd have paid out the contract if they had something like this on him.

If this were actually true, doc would have been in some serious legal shite

Yeah you're not paying out or settling if you have black and white proof in text he committed a felony.

If Twitch knew about this and didn’t contact the authorities then they are a piece of shite organization. Which makes me think this is bullshite. This isn’t something you just slap someone on the hand and let them go.

Sounds like he may have just retired on stream.

he typically does this when something like this comes out.
cheated on his wife (intentionally walked away)
E3 bathroom live stream fiasco (first twitch ban)
2nd Twitch ban (currently for unknown reason)
rumors for 2nd Twitch ban announced (intentionally walked away)
maybe he'll be back in the fall, but he is 42 and probably a multi-millionaire. the dude is set for life and doesn't have to work another day in his life. it was a good run for him.
i'm surprised Nickmercs, Tim, Ninja, Lupo, etc. aren't waling away either.

I've never watched this dude but I thought it was weird y'all were acting like this was BS last week.
I read it as he was texting with and trying to meet up with a minor and twitch cut bait. They paid out and I assume NDAs were signed because he didn't technically do anything illegal and the meet up never happened. For them it was better to payout and be done with him.

Least believable part is someone was actually using whispers.

well that's certainly a choice they made.....probably not the smartest choice.....but a choice nonetheless.
"We assume his innocence"
"We are terminating our relationship with him"
That game is going to be DOA.

Assumed ** big difference in the context of how you read that statement. They assumed his innocence. Then they investigated. There’s an order of operations there.

Assume***
You can't change the tense of the word they used. They said they "assume his innocence". They didn't say..."but then we investigated and it changed our minds".

Assumed was their tense. The tweet is embedded above in Finch's post. It says they "assumed his innocence and began speaking with parties involved" that implies that after speaking with parties involved they no longer assumed his innocence.
