Looking at jobs that would put me on the road a lot.

In extended stay hotels can you hook up a ps3 or xbox to the tv via hdmi? Or do they still not allow that?

And is rhe internet ever fast enough to play online?

extended stays probably do, but a lot of the wifi in traditional hotels blows big time

You can pretty much count on every dude in the hotel trying to watch porn all evening. I wouldn't expect it to work too well. You may have better luck during the day, but you will probably be at work.

Most hotels where I stay streams Netflix over ps3 just fine...99% of them do...I don't know how much faster it would have to be to support games.

I was at an extended hotel once and was able to game on my laptop. Playing multiplayer with others though might have some serious lag. I was playing single player and just using steam so it didn't matter. Hotel internet is always slow.

netflix tends to work alright, online games tend to lag a bit

I was playing at one last night. Worked just fine, but would lag a bit in the later rounds where things get more fast paced. (was playing mw3.)

Typically they don't at least not in my experience. I usually end up using my Mifi for anything other than TD or FB.

Typically no, My friend is a big gamer (mostly LoL atm) and had to stay at a hotel for 7 weeks in Illinois or some shite.. wifi wasn't strong enough for it, damn that had to suck.
