Check the Best Buy app via this trick:

The best buy app trick is a way of checking local best buy inventory to determine if your best buy has received a gpu by a return or a canceled order.
To do the app trick, you must have the Best Buy app downloaded on your phone, this trick does not work in a browser. You must make sure that you are signed into the app and have your location set.
To perform the trick, you must type a keyword into the search bar of the app. The known keywords that work are "graphics card", "rtx", or "gaming graphics". Type one of these search words into the search bar. After you have searched for one of these keywords, best buy should display 100+ items. This is their online inventory (non-local inventory) of both in stock and sold out items. Next you will enable the "in stock" option on the top right of the app. After enabling this option, the listed items will drastically decrease in number potentially all the way to 0 items listed. If your local best buy has a returned or cancelled gpu in stock, it will show the gpu but it will still say "sold out" and "pick up not available". Once you confirm that your local best buy has a gpu that was returned or a cancelled order , it is now time to go to the best buy. Once you arrive at the best buy, locate somebody at either customer service or checkout and provide them with the sku number of the item and tell them to look it up and see if they have it. After they confirm that the item is in stock, ask them to look for it and that it will probably be in the back of the store. After they go find it, they will bring it out and you will be able to buy it.

Guess I need to get a refund for my 10/5 order since I’m moving anyway and that sounds like an easy excuse

I am waiting until 1/1 to cancel my 9/16 order for a 3080 that I no longer need. Maybe I’ll strike gold with Mike but he tells me the same stuff every week.
