NCAA Football 14 - Tuning File?

Crazy request I know, but does anyone still have NCAA Football 14 on Xbox 360?
EA servers are down (probably forever?) and I'm really looking to get this file to see how/if the game plays any better. If anybody has a ZIP or dropbox, let me know

Out of curiosity what does the tuning file do?
I still play NCAA 14 a few times a month, but I've never messed with the files. I do know there are some that implements the playoff and what not, but I've always seemed like a hassle.

The tuning file (as I remember it) was EAs way of updating the gameplay and the “smoothness” of the game without a major patch. It’s a subtle download that you probably wouldn’t even notice.

It has database files stripped out, but now the actual file itself from what I can tell. I’ll take another look though
