I've always been big on Luck. I figure it helps on loot. Charisma is a different story, I tend to have a shoot first/ ask questions later kinda character.

usually my first character has high intelligence and luck with a small gun focus and I typically go the high karma route.

I think I had more fun with my melee builds than anything else in prior games.
Nothing like going bare knuckle against a deathclaw and walking away the victor.

I remember furiously firing the dart gun at the legs of deathclaws so they would become crippled and slow them down

My personality in all games is to be the guy with the biggest stick. So I'm rolling melee, might diverge from the path and go with guns but that's going to be a launch day decision.

I cannot wait. I usually leave everything at 5 and distribute the extra points evenly amongst Perception, Strength and Intelligence.
