Any reviews as far a quality, performance, etc?

The 301cb's look slick.

Currently playing titleist t150's and love them, but might buy the 301's to test.

Interested to hear your thoughts after you hit them a bit.

What are you currently playing?

A used set of Callaway Big Berthas, don't know how old they are. This is the first set of new irons I've ever bought. I'm hoping for good things

I play with a guy that got fitted for Takomo's and hes loved them. Hes a little older so he has the graphite shafts and I cant hit those but they seem to be great clubs. Especially for the price tag

I did the online fitting and had them in the cart. Was surprised to be fitted into R flex and lighter shafts than I currently use. I will be watching this thread closely as I am contemplating Takomos or a LAB DF3.

I have the 101s with the regular flex (light) shafts. I love them. Broke 40 on 9 holes for the first time in almost 2 years.

Are Takomos, Sub 70 and all these other small brands made at the same factory? They sure look similar.

Takomos are made in Japan

sub 70's are made in Illinois.

Bought a LAB DF3 about a month ago, best $500 I've ever spent. I struggled and missed a lot of 3 to 4 footers, inside 10 feet, this club is money.

Sub 70 may be assembled in Illinois but I'd be willing to bet they're made in China

I’ve been playing the 101s with the heavier stiff shaft for about 2 months now. The 7 iron had a very high pitched metallic sounds when I hit it, but didn’t seem to have performance issues. I emailed them, they asked for a video. After seeing the video and listening to the sound, they chalked it up as a manufacturer defect, and are sending me another.

The clubs perform well, look good, and feel good. It’s mostly operator error when they don’t perform.

ETA: New 7 iron came in today.
