8 guys, 8 rounds in 4 days

Rustic Canyon: pretty neat track. Greens were massive and they were wildly unpredictable. Combination of speed and everything breaking towards the canyon (hence the name Rustic Canyon). Views were great..would definitely recommend playing there

Soule Park: my personal favorite of the trip. Some very neat holes with a lot of elevated tee boxes which made for great views. Greens were in great shape and the fairways were too

Ojai Valley Inn: the resort was something out of White Lotus. Golf wasn’t maybe 3rd or 4th on their priority list? It wasn’t worth the $180, but it was a decent track. Their golf carts were badass though. Real Bluetooth speakers you would get on a personal golf cart if you bought one. Course was in decent shape — no one was out there which made for a quick round. Lots of blind holes

Olivas Park: played the morning of a college tournament before they teed off in the afternoon so the course was in good shape. Very open, links style course. Greens rolled slower than the other 3, but made for an easy day. Shortest course of the 4.

Ranking the 4:
1. Soule Park
2. Rustic Canyon
3. Ojai Valley
4. Olivas Park

Ojai valley inn is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at
Course wasn’t spectacular but the resort itself was one of a kind.

I was blown away by their hospitality. Definitely next level. They must’ve had 100 shuttles going around that place
