Been seeing the commercials for this GolfForever fitness plan and was wondering if anyone has tried it.
Golf is the only physical activity I take part in and it seems I get a little more stiff with every round. I hate working out but if there's a chance it could improve my golf swing, I'm all ears

Get a broom handle and a bungee cord.

I did it for a little while. I think it is definitely helpful and really taught me how working out has changed since I was a kid.
It decreased my pain over time and taught me soft tissue techniques and stretches. Because of GF I will take 5 min to stretch properly and get loose before every round. I will even skip hitting any balls if I have to choose bt stretch or range.
Like any program, you will need to commit to doing it and give it 6-10 weeks consistently before evaluating if you think it works.
Full disclosure-I am no longer doing it because I wasn’t disciplined enough to stick with it over long haul by myself. I use a different program now that has trainer involvement/accountability.
