Any of you fellas struggle with this? Any tips or suggestions? I have a hard time rotating, or rather getting my body to rotate, without swaying backwards.

I have. I learned to torque my right knee. Put a little tension in it and you won’t sway.

So I sway back. The key for me was not trying to fight the sway back but just try and not sway forward past the ball. Think of a wall at the ball, just don’t hit the wall with your body. The sway back is a trigger for me. It starts everything. So I’ve try and tame it as much as possible and not sway forward

Tailbone slides about an 1” back but starts forward when club is halfway back. Keep turning while moving forward.
Watch any AMG video on the topic, you won’t hear this in instruction but the best players all make this move.

Think about your right collarbone going behind you and towards the target in the backswing

Try focusing on getting your left shoulder down rather than back. If that make sense.

Widen your base, feel the weight shifting into the inside of your trail leg and foot. Resist from there

If you sway a little its ok, you just need to re-center your weight before the downswing starts.
But ideally you want to move rotational and not lateral.

Load inside Blackfoot. Put your weight on it and do no move through the swing.

Get a 7 iron and a bucket of balls hit them with your feet together start with half swing then get up to 3/4 just punch them down the range. If you slide and sway you will lose your balance you will have to turn to make decent contact

I transitioned to the stack and tilt three years ago with considerable success for me - my duff percentage went from 30% to less than 10% - I mean I play 1-2x a month for work most of my time on golf course is watching my kids play - but this has allowed me to have much more fun - I’ll never be like a single digit doing this - but I hit the ball much more consistently for me

I use to. It was because my body didn’t know what rotation was. You’re more than likely swinging with arms and trying to use the sway for power.
Easiest fix - get a lesson or two
DIY fix - stand in front of a mirror, crossing arms over your chest and figure out signals your hips to rotate without you swaying. Groove it in front of the mirror for a week or so.
For me, that sensation feels like I flex on to my trail leg and then my lead leg pushes straight back (behind me… drive the hip socket back) to initiate down swing. Arms are dead.

This is a thing a lot of people struggle with, its just makes sense to try to sway to generate momentum with shifting weight.
I'd suggest starting with doing golf related hip stretches to makes sure you have the mobility to generate good rotation, you can google and find a ton. Making sure you can actually get good rotation is step 1.
Secondly is to get rid of this bad habit now that you know you can actually rotate well. Spoiler alert it's really, really difficult to do. It takes a ton of repetition. I've found video feeback to be really helpful, outside of getting lessons. There are a ton of drills you can do, but as a feeling, i try to focus on the hips actually rotating open as on of your first moves. You can just constantly be mimicking this in a stance throughout the day
