What’s up folks. Any opinions out there on the Taylormade MG3 / MG4 wedges vs Cleveland Zipcore? I’m just looking to get a fresh set. I currently have Vokey SM7s. I’m not opposed to Vokey again, but was curious about trying something different.

I can't speak for the TM but I have a Cleveland zipcore 60* mid bounce and it absolutely grabs the ball. The spin is crazy and I love it.

I've had the zipcores prior to getting my SM9's and prefer the sound and feel from the vokeys over the Cleveland.. The Clevelands always sounded clicky to me .. Can't speak for the TM's but a lot of the YouTubers are digging them so they must be good..

I just got the TM MG4 60 degree low bounce a few weeks ago. It has been solid so far, already thinking about upgrading my 56 degree to the MG4. I do not have experience with the Cleveland zipcore, though.

+1 for the MG3s. I've ripped some balls back on the greens these past few weeks I had no business doing so on.
I have a friend who also swears by his Zipcores.

Long time Vokey guy here. I’ve tried a bunch of different brands over the years and always find my way back to Vokey. I think it’s all in the sole grinds. I never have felt like I’ve gotten the right turf interaction with TM, Cleveland, Hogan, etc

Everyone is raving about the MG4s that just came out. Way more bounce and grind options finally.
Bout to get a set to replace my SM9s. Love my Vokeys but want to try something new. Specifically for full swing shots. Preferred my SM7s to the current model. Still love them around the green and short range.
TMs are also the only thing on the market that comes close to looking as clean as the Vokeys IMO. Fit my eye very well.

The M4's are great. I switched everything thing in my bag to Callaway except the M4's 54 & 58..

What about the M4 do y'all like so much? Is it the spin? Are they easy to hit?
