Thought we'd do a WITB thread for this year. What you changed, if anything, etc.
Out: All my Cobra stuff, had Aerojet Max driver, 3 wood, and 7 wood. Forged Tec one length irons. I never got consistency with the woods, and the one length experiment didn't go well.
In: Ping G430 Max 10K driver 10.5 with a CB 50 shaft from the new G440 ( was fitted for it at demo days this past weekend)
Ping G430 Max 3, 5, 7 woods.
Adams 2014 Idea 5 and 6 Hybrids
Maltby TS3 forged irons 6-GW with recoil 460 esx shafts.
Cleveland Smartscore wedges 50, 58
Maltby 1.05 in 54 degrees.
Odyssey DFX 2 ball putter.
Golf pride Tour Velvet oversize on everything but putter.
Bridgestone E12 Contact red practice balls. 10.99 per dz at Golfballs.com
Wedges and putter are unchanged, everything else is new to me.
Love the Pings, so forgiving and easy to hit straight. The irons I'm liking so far but will take some time. Longer than they should be and very forgiving.
I was able to get everything used for 1/2 price of new so less than 1500 including new grips for everything I bought which was offset by either selling or trading my Cobra stuff.

I put the mini driver in early this year in place of a 3/4 wood and it's been fantastic. It's tipped an inch, so it is my anti-left club off the tee. I don't find myself missing the lower lofted fairway wood at all, as I struggled with them off the turf anyway. I can crank the 7 wood out to 240 if needed, and anything beyond that I shouldn't be going for the green anyway.
The irons have been in my bag since late summer 2023. Got some Callaway Elyte irons on the way to try out, but we shall see if they can bump the T150s. Nothing has been able to yet.
I did try the new Callaway Chrome Tour Triple Diamond ball. It is one of the longest and best performing balls in the wind I've ever played, but I struggle getting enough greenside spin on it, so it won't be my every day ball.
