Not even a rumor they are negotiating but a rumor they might be negotiating. You could say anyone on the tour right now might be negotiating and not be wrong

I feel like any non-US player other than Rory w any brand recognition has been rumored to LIV at some point the past couple of years

For no reason in particular I just don't see Hovland as a guy that is going to jump. He just got a massive payday with the FedEx Cup, maybe that could be enough money for him to stick around. Unless they make another Godfather offer to him like Rahms.

Why would you want them to take Cantlay? If you're a PGA Tour supporter then you should want the best golfers in the world to stay. He's a top 5 golfer. Regardless if people think he is a bit of an asshat, he still keeps better golfers on the Tours side. Unless you only care about watching the guys who are most likable.

I care about people I enjoy watching. You see watching golf is entertainment for me. Of those that left HV3 is the one I miss the most. I enjoyed watching that guy. For example, I much prefer watching Eric Cole play than Jon Rahm, or Homa over Scotty.

I quit watching pro golf. Just lost interest. The sport being turned upside down didn't help.
