What is the best golf leaderboard app? PGA's app is so delayed and ESPN sucks

I'll use the Master's one for that tournament, but I need something for every other tournament.

I use the PGA Tour one. The Gold Channel page has one.

all of the majors have their own apps. The PGA app is the best one I’ve found outside of the those.
The Open app is pretty worthless so far. Zero shot by shot coverage, limited highlights, no ball tracing, no shot tracer either.

You're talking about the leaderboard link on the PGA Tour.com page correct? It's pretty much real time on my laptop. It's more current than ESPN or TGC pages for me.
