Anyone have a sauna and/or cold plunge?

I really want to build a “health shed” in the back yard. I’ve been reading more and more about the health benefits of both of these. I always feel fantastic when I get out of a sauna and I feel like a new man when I take an ice plunge at home but always having ice is a pain. I also want to put in a shower for a post mow refresh. Anyone ever do this? I can build it all, but my concern is knowing what I’m doing in terms of ventilation and preventing mold/mildew since so much moisture is involved.

I had some friends that had the most amazing backyard. He was a builder so it was a very elaborate set up.
There was a sauna, hottub, and pool. Crazy out there on a cold night sitting in the hot tub. Then jump into the pool then either sauna or hot tub.
He had a very elaborate cooking area. The bar and the set up was amazing.

Get one of those rubber made sheds. You won’t have to worry about the moisture.

I have an infrared sauna but it is designed for indoors. Love it and wish I had purchased it earlier.

The only place indoors I could put one is my attic, but I’m not putting a cold plunge up there.
