I have an Egofit under desk treadmill and really like it. Has a small footprint and fits under my already existing standing desk.
$400 on Amazon
I've also used a $2000+ more advanced one that has the desk integrated and that one was a little much for me, but certainly high quality

Wife has has one of the Lifespan brand ones. She seems to like it.
It’s nice to use if I have a long call, but I’m all about stepping away from the desk and going outside for walks.
