Anyone own a Rogue Slice Sled?

Looking for a sled for home use and this one looks decently-priced. $200 for the sled +$16 for the strap and the user ratings are good, as they are for most Rogue products. It will be used on pavement so I'm curious how the steel construction interacts on the pavement. Does anyone have any experience with it?

I like this sled. I guess really only benefit vs the dog sled is portability?

I use an echo sled with skis on concrete regularly. The only problem is when you catch a small rock under the skis, but other then that no problems at all. The skis help is glue across the concrete, no damage to driveway and doesn’t make a ton of noise.

I too have the echo sled with skis and it works great. Highly recommend.
For straps I went with Spud Inc. Can’t go wrong there. (At times I use my TRX depending on what I’m doing)

Got me a basic metal sled from ‘again faster’ for $50 I think a few months ago. Pull it on the street all the time and works great. Was actually surprised how well it slides on the concrete. Came with harness and straps.

I bet anyone in the area loves hearing that metal on concrete/payment sound.

Yea any ideas for keeping it quiet on concrete to not piss off the neighbors?

The skis with the echo sled make it pretty quiet. It’s really not loud at all.

What are they made of? I have a sled and it's loud af. Pushing it on the grass tears my yard up so I don't use it as much as I should

It’s the same plastic used in J-cups. Can’t remember what the name is right now but you can buy pieces on Amazon and fasten to the bottom of a sled if you want to DIY.

It’s really not loud at all unless a rock gets caught under it. I can’t even really hear it with my earbuds in. Only loud part is putting it down on the concrete and dropping the first 45 on there.
