BCAA + EAA during workout

I drink the BCAA +EAA Panda Supps recovery endurance during weight training. Does anyone else do the same and does it help your muscle endurance and recovery?

unless you are in the top 1% of fitness athletes in the world, i don't think it will matter.

I was about to post and ask specifically about BCAAs. I got one from ProMix before but I know many whey protein powders already have BCAAs in them. I use the Transparent Labs Whey these days. Do I need BCAAs in addition or no since it already has them ?

EAA > BCAA

But if you hit protein goals you don’t need them.
I hit my goals and take them anyway JIC

I use True Nutrition’s Peri-MD. It’s a blend of pre-digested carbs and EAAs which was formulated by John Meadows (RIP). I use it on days where I lift hard and run after.
