It’s like I have dandruff of the forehead, just above my eyebrows. It dries and flakes a snake.
Any good OTC recs before I go to the dermatologist?

Are you sure it's not just dried soap residue that is getting stuck in your eyebrows? Before we start all the oily T-zone hot talk,

My face is naturally pretty dry. Been using CeraVe moisturizing cream for 7-8 years and find it works great. I like that it’s not scented or anything. Here is a LINK

Tallow - seriously.
My family has switched to exclusively tallow or raw shea butter for all skin needs. One of my kids had an eczema issue that no other product would solve and these are better imo than conventional options.
Face/neck = Tallow. Doesn’t clog pores. I buy Lady May.
Rest of body = Raw shea butter

Is it also red?
If so, cortisone cream. If it keeps coming back you’ll need a prescription strength med like Desonide.
If it’s only dry skin then use what others have suggested.

Castor oil is great for the face. Just a dime sized drop mixed in your hand with the same amount of coconut oil to reduce the thickness.
It isn’t harmful to the eyes so you can rub it on eyebrows and eyelids at night.

Follow up on this…
I bought this and it worked wonders. Pretty much gone over night and I’d been fighting this for a few months

Tallow is amazing for your skin! Don't want to smell beefy, coconut oil/butter is also really good.

Look up “sebhoric dermatitis eyebrow” if that looks like what you’re dealing with then you’ll want to get a bottle of this Head and Shoulders Clinical Strength and use it to wash your face when you shower.
