Best way to get sweat stains out of hats

I've tried washing them multiple times but this isn't working. I need some recommendations.

I've tried multiple times with other hats including running it through the top rack of the dishwasher with poor results but just used this method with one of my favorites recently and it turned out very well

I run in a white visor to hold my light. It doesn't take long to get it clean with my hands and dish soap.

I usually just throw them in the washing machine and hang them to dry, or sometimes dr them on low for a few minutes before hanging them. After they get ragged enough, I just buy another. I’m talking 100% synthetic fiber workout and outdoors hats, though.
