What’s the best price and studio in south Baton Rouge? Looking for some flexibility in class schedule times with early am as a possibility.

Many of the yoga/pilates studios use the MindBody app to schedule classes. You can check out their schedules and prices. Some will offer a reduced price for your first class

Hot yoga at Preservation Yoga. They have a 90 minute at 5:45 AM Monday and Wednesday.
